I received several payments from different Drug Manufacturers but I am unable to match the money with the invoice amount, what do I do?
Answer:
Contact the TPA with details about the payments such as payer’s company name, EFT ID, and amounts received. This will help us in working with the Drug Manufacturer to identify the invoices that the payments should be applied to.
